Fully automatic electric heating steam dewaxing kettle

 

2.1 The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle adopts a double-layer pressurized vessel design. During operation, the outer chamber maintains high temperature and pressure, ensuring that the inner surface temperature consistently stays above 150 °C. This eliminates condensation inside the tank, accelerates thermal equilibrium, and reduces steam consumption. As a result, the mold shell remains intact without cracking, and the reclaimed wax features very low moisture content.

 

2.2 Structural Composition: The system includes a main tank, base, quick-opening door, wax collection tank, heating elements, electrical control cabinet, and exterior cladding. It also comes with a dedicated trolley and mold baskets for efficient and smooth handling of shells throughout the dewaxing process.

 

2.3 Operation and Safety: The quick-open door mechanism enhances operational efficiency and safety. A safety interlock prevents the door from being opened unless the pressure is fully released via the exhaust valve. Users can flexibly adjust the working pressure within the equipment’s rated range. Multiple protective features are incorporated, including low-water-level protection that cuts off power to heaters to prevent dry-firing, and over-temperature alarms with automatic shutdown. Additional standard accessories include safety valves, intake and exhaust valves, wax discharge valves, drain valves, check valves, inline filters, as well as pressure and temperature gauges.
