The DTF Electric Steam Dewaxing Kettle serves as a central element within our precision Casting Equipment lineup. Featuring fast heating and efficient dewaxing functionality, it achieves excellent energy utilization while complying with current environmental regulations.

3.1 Double-Walled Pressure Chamber Design

• Functions effectively under elevated temperature and pressure, ensuring the internal wall remains uniformly heated above 150°C.

• Eliminates condensation inside the chamber, enhancing process stability.

• Enables rapid heat transfer, which contributes to reduced steam usage.

• Minimizes thermal stress on molds, decreasing shell fractures and producing recovered wax with very low moisture content.

• Comprises the primary kettle unit, support frame, quick-release door, wax collection tank, electric heating units, control panel, and outer insulation casing.
