3.1 Dual-Wall Pressure Vessel Design

• Operates under high temperature and pressure conditions, maintaining the inner wall temperature consistently above 150°C.

• Prevents condensate formation in the inner chamber.

• Delivers quick thermal response, lowering steam consumption.

• Reduces shell cracking and yields reclaimed wax with minimal moisture.

• Includes: main kettle body, base structure, rapid-opening door, wax receiver, heating modules, electrical control system, and exterior cladding.
