3,Main Features and Advantages

1) The internal pressure control of the furnace utilizes an advanced pressure transmitter and three-stage pressure control, achieving fully automatic pressure increase and maintaining operating pressure at half power. Closed-circuit pressure control is used within the kettle, providing full-process variable pressure control, enabling rapid pressure increase with large pressure differentials, low-pressure exhaust, and pressure-limited wax drain. Air intake, exhaust, and wax drain are all completed with a single button, effectively preventing shell cracking and significantly reducing energy consumption. 4) The water level is controlled by a probe sensor. When the upper limit is reached, water supply is stopped. When the lower limit is reached, the equipment's built-in high-pressure pump is activated. When the lower limit is reached, the equipment stops operating. This ensures reliable operation, safe use, and energy conservation.

2) The equipment features built-in mechanical pressure protection, electronic pressure protection, and temperature-controlled indirect pressure protection to ensure that the furnace pressure operates within the rated pressure range.

3) The kettle door is a rotating quick-opening structure with mechanical and electronic interlocks to ensure correct operation. It is also interlocked with the furnace body and steam valves on the kettle. The sealing ring is embedded, and air pressure pushes it out to seal after air intake. The door hinges and bearing seats are made of high-strength steel. When the furnace door is fully opened, it has a limit stop to prevent the flange from breaking and falling.

4) The equipment has alarms for water shortage, overtemperature, and process time. Boiler heating is controlled by both temperature and pressure. In the event of abnormal temperature and pressure, the system will automatically shut off the heater power and issue an audible and visual alarm. A safety valve is also provided to ensure safety during operation. 8) The equipment is equipped with a complete pressure vessel qualification certificate and quality assurance certificate, which complies with the national pressure vessel inspection standards
