1. Control Method: Utilizing an industrial-grade PLC control system and equipped with a remote monitoring module, the system not only allows on-site control but also remote operation and monitoring. Operators can use computers, mobile phones, and other terminal devices from their offices or other remote locations to view the equipment's operating status and process parameters in real time and remotely control the equipment, significantly enhancing the convenience of production management. Furthermore, the system supports process parameter storage, capable of storing over 50 recipes, allowing users to quickly access parameter settings tailored to specific product and process requirements.

2. Safety Devices: For safety, the system is equipped with dual mechanical interlocks: a pneumatic lock and an electromagnetic lock. The kettle door can only be opened when both the pneumatic and electromagnetic locks meet safety requirements, further enhancing safety. The emergency pressure relief valve has a response time of less than 1 second, enabling rapid pressure relief in the event of abnormal overpressure, ensuring the safety of both equipment and personnel. Furthermore, an explosion-proof temperature sensor ensures accurate and reliable temperature monitoring in complex environments, such as those characterized by high temperatures and high pressures.

3. Auxiliary Configurations: To accommodate the production needs of large-volume equipment, an automatic loading and unloading trolley with a load capacity of up to 1.5 tons is installed. This allows for quick and convenient loading and unloading of trolleys filled with mold shells into and out of the dewaxing reactor, improving production efficiency. The filter press wax-water separator, with a filtration accuracy of 300 mesh, effectively separates water and impurities from the wax, improving the quality of recovered wax. Furthermore, a cooling water circulation system is included to dissipate heat generated during operation, ensuring stable operation and extending the equipment's service life.
