The quick-opening door incorporates a safety interlock that prevents unlatching unless the exhaust valve is fully open, substantially enhancing operator and equipment safety. The door mechanism also supports fast and effortless operation, saving time and simplifying workflow. Users can freely adjust system pressure within the designed working range via an integrated pressure control interface.

3.2 Integrated Protection and Control Systems
The system is equipped with multi-level safety and monitoring features, including:

• Low-water protection: cuts off heating power when water levels are inadequate to prevent dry firing and element damage；

• Over-temperature protection: triggers an alarm and automatically stops heating when limits are exceeded；

• Comprehensive valve and instrument configuration: includes safety, intake, exhaust, wax discharge, drain and check valves, pipeline filter, as well as pressure and temperature indicators.

3.3 Dual-Wall Pressure Vessel Design
The kettle features a dual-wall pressure-resistant structure. During operation, the outer layer operates under high temperature and pressure, maintaining the inner wall temperature consistently above 150°C. This design prevents internal condensation, ensures quick thermal stabilization, reduces steam consumption, minimizes mold cracking, and results in lower residual wax content.
