2.Product Configuration

1.Heating System: Typically uses electric heating, equipped with multiple sets of heating elements. For example, six sets of 24kW heating elements can produce a total power of up to 147kW. The heating power can be adjusted to meet actual needs to control the heating rate.

2.Pressure System: The design pressure is generally around 0.95 MPa, and the operating pressure is 0.75 MPa. An electric contact pressure gauge controls the pressure to ensure stability within the set range.

3.Temperature System: The operating temperature is generally between 158°C and 178°C. The inner surface temperature of the kettle is consistently maintained above 160°C. The temperature is displayed on a temperature controller, and a secondary protection function is included to prevent overheating.

4.Liquid Level Control System: Utilizes an electronic two-color liquid level control system. High water level cuts off the water supply and heating power, while low water level cuts off the heating power and issues an alarm to prevent the heater from drying out. Dimensions and Weight: Dimensions vary by model. For example, the HRTF800 has an inner diameter of 800mm, a depth of 1000mm, external dimensions of 2890×1565×1960mm, and a weight of 3000kg. The HRTF1000 has an inner diameter of 1000mm, a depth of 1200mm, external dimensions of 2970×1780×2060mm, and a weight of 3500kg.

5.Other Features: The dewaxing kettle is typically equipped with a dedicated cart and trolley. The wax tank, filter, trolley, and all valves are made of stainless steel. A comprehensive audible and visual alarm system is also provided.
