2.1 Dual-Containment Pressure Vessel Technology
The DTF electric steam dewaxing kettle utilizes a dual-containment pressure vessel architecture. During operation, the outer vessel operates under sustained high temperature and pressure, ensuring the internal surface consistently exceeds 150 °C. This design eliminates internal condensation, enables rapid thermal stabilization, reduces steam consumption, enhances shell integrity by minimizing cracking, and significantly lowers residual wax moisture content.

2.2 Integrated Structural Configuration
The system integrates a high-strength main tank, reinforced structural base, rapid-seal access door, built-in wax collection chamber, heating units, electrical control cabinet, and protective cladding. A dedicated mold transport trolley and basket system is included to facilitate efficient and ergonomic handling during dewaxing operations.

2.3 Advanced Safety and Control Systems
A safety-interlocked quick-opening mechanism prevents door operation unless the exhaust valve is fully disengaged, ensuring operational safety. The system features fully adjustable pressure control within design limits, a low-water cutoff function to prevent dry-fire damage, and over-temperature protection with automatic shutdown. A comprehensive suite of industrial valves and instruments—including safety, intake, exhaust, wax discharge, drain and check valves, inline filtration, and precision pressure/temperature indicators—ensures reliable and secure performance.
