The DTF series electrically heated steam dewaxing kettle is a core product in our company's precision Casting Equipment portfolio, specifically developed and manufactured for medium-sized mold shell dewaxing processes. Integrating the technological advantages of similar domestic and international products, this equipment balances safety, reliability, and advancement in design and manufacturing. It features rapid temperature rise, efficient dewaxing, and excellent thermal energy utilization, making it a modern dewaxing solution that meets environmental requirements, combines energy conservation, and delivers high production efficiency.

3. Core Features and Advantages

3.1 Dual-Cavity Pressure-Resistant Structure Design

Utilizing a double-layer pressure vessel structure, the outer chamber maintains a constant high temperature and pressure during operation, maintaining an internal surface temperature above 150°C. This design effectively prevents condensation on the inner wall, achieves rapid and stable thermal equilibrium, significantly reduces steam consumption, minimizes the risk of mold shell cracking, and effectively controls residual wax content.

3.2 Modular Structure

The system consists of a reinforced kettle body, support base, quick-opening door structure, wax collection tank, heating assembly, electrical control cabinet, and external protective panel. The accompanying mold transfer cart and dedicated material basket greatly optimize the loading and unloading process, ensuring an efficient and labor-saving operation experience.

3.3 Intelligent Safety Interlock System

The quick-opening door structure is equipped with a mechanical and electrical dual redundant safety interlock. The door cannot be unlocked unless the exhaust valve is fully open, fundamentally eliminating the risk of misoperation. The system supports freely adjustable operating pressure within the rated pressure range and features automatic power-off protection for water shortages. Real-time water level monitoring automatically shuts off heating when the water level is insufficient to prevent dry-burning. Over-temperature conditions automatically alarm and stop heating, fully ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.

3.4 Complete Valve and Instrumentation Configuration

The system comes standard with safety valves, inlet and exhaust valves, wax drain valves, drain valves, check valves, pipe filters, and pressure and temperature gauges, forming a complete process control and safety monitoring system.
