2. Product Description

1)This equipment consists of seven parts: furnace body, kettle body, kettle door, water supply system, valve system, heating system, and

electronic control system. The stainless steel barrel and head are all made of boiler-specific stainless steel. The wax discharge double-layer pipe,

The wax receiving troughs are all made of stainless steel, and the materials used comply with the national "Pressure Vessel Inspection Standards".

Each equipment is equipped with two sets of trolleys and baskets for loading molded shells.

2) The kettle body adopts a double-gallbladder type, and the kettle door adopts a ring gear structure. The inner tank body is made of Q235B and

the outer tank body is made of Q235B.

3) The pressure control in the furnace body adopts advanced pressure transmitter and three-stage pressure control to realize fully automatic

pressure increase and half power to maintain the working pressure. The kettle adopts closed-circuit control of air pressure and performs full-

process pressure transformation control to achieve large pressure difference quickly. Pressure boost, low-pressure exhaust, pressure-limited wax

discharge, air intake, exhaust, drainage, and wax discharge can be completed with one click, effectively preventing shell cracks and greatly

reducing energy consumption.

4) The water level is controlled by probe sensing. The upper limit stops water supply, the lower limit starts the high-pressure pump that comes with

the device, and the lower limit stops the operation of the device. Make the operation reliable, safe to use and more energy-saving.

5) The equipment comes with mechanical pressure protection, electronic pressure protection and temperature-controlled indirect pressure

protection to ensure that the furnace pressure operates within the rated pressure range.
