2. Equipment Configuration

This electric steam dewaxing kettle consists of seven core systems: the furnace body, kettle body, kettle door, water supply system, valve system, heating system, and electronic control system. The main structure, including the furnace body and kettle body, is made of high-quality boiler-grade stainless steel, offering excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and high-pressure stability. The kettle door utilizes a high-strength gear ring locking mechanism, ensuring a reliable seal and easy operation. The inner liner is made of 345R pressure vessel steel, while the outer liner is made of Q235B carbon steel. This double-layer pressure-bearing design enhances overall structural strength while effectively improving thermal insulation and significantly reducing heat loss.

In addition, the double-layer wax discharge pipe and wax receiving trough are both made of stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance and ensuring long-term unobstructed and clean operation, preventing corrosion contamination that may affect dewaxing quality. All pressure-bearing components of the equipment are selected and manufactured in strict accordance with the national "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels" to ensure safe and reliable operation. Each system comes standard with two mold transfer carts and accompanying material baskets, greatly facilitating mold loading and removal, thereby improving overall production efficiency.
