1. Application: Suitable for rapid melting of metal materials, especially for non-ferromagnetic materials such as stainless steel.

2. Introduction:

Medium-frequency melting furnaces are widely used in the melting of cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, lead, gold, silver, silicon, and various special alloys. These furnaces offer advantages such as fast melting speed, minimal element burnout, easy startup, automatic stirring, and significant energy savings, making them highly popular with users.

2. Features:

1. Efficient Melting: Utilizing series frequency conversion technology, the voltage and frequency within the furnace are increased, significantly accelerating the melting speed. No need to reserve molten steel after each furnace is completed. Operating at full power from charging to melting, 100 kg of stainless steel takes only 22 minutes, and 150 kg in just 30 minutes.

2. Significant Energy Savings: Utilizing a series resonant inverter voltage regulation method in the main circuit, this method reduces current and voltage, effectively reducing heat generation in the copper busbar, improving energy efficiency and melting speed, shortening the melting cycle, and minimizing heat loss, resulting in higher energy savings. The power consumption for melting a ton of steel is about 580 degrees, which is about 720 degrees less than that of the traditional parallel inverter frequency furnace.

3. High reliability:

(1) The series inverter rectifier structure does not require additional voltage regulation, and the rectifier control circuit is more simple and reasonable, significantly reducing the equipment failure rate.

(2) The main circuit inverter thyristor is selected from the British brand Westcode. The high-quality components effectively guarantee the stable operation of the equipment.

(3) The main control cabinet adopts a pure water cooling system, equipped with imported Grundfos water pumps and heat exchangers. The pure water circulation runs for a long time without scale. Each water channel is equipped with a temperature switch for real-time monitoring to ensure safe and reliable cooling.

(4) The main control board adopts a full integrated circuit (100% tested), with stable and reliable performance.
