1.The equipment comprises seven major systems: the furnace body, kettle assembly, kettle door, water supply, valve bank, heating system, and electronic control unit. The housing, head, double-layer wax drain pipe, and wax receiving trough are all fabricated from boiler-grade stainless steel. All materials comply with national "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels." Each unit is supplied with two dedicated material baskets and trolleys for mold shell loading.
2.Water level management is handled by an electrode probe sensor, which automatically stops replenishment at the high limit and activates the built-in high-pressure pump at the low limit. The system includes low-water protection, triggering an automatic shutdown to ensure operational safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.
