Product Description

1.Main fatures and advantages:
Its core performance is centered around meeting the stringent requirements of investment casting for wax patterns. The wax injection system utilizes a servo motor, offering stepless adjustment of injection pressure between 0.5 and 15 MPa, with a control accuracy of ±0.05 MPa. This allows precise adjustment based on the thickness variations of different parts of the wax pattern. For thick sections with walls over 20 mm, high pressures of 10 to 15 MPa ensure full wax filling. For thinner details as thin as 0.5 mm, low pressures of 1 to 3 MPa are used to prevent mold damage. Furthermore, the wax injection temperature utilizes a zoned temperature control design, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C for the wax tank, nozzle, and mold. This system is compatible with a variety of wax materials, including paraffin, beeswax, and modified wax, eliminating flow lines or cold shuts caused by temperature unevenness.
