1. Scope of Application

This equipment is designed specifically for the investment casting industry and is suitable for forming ceramic cores for various complex, high-precision, high-quality small and medium-sized castings.

5. Mold and Molding

Mold Temperature Monitoring: Equipped with an independent mold temperature probe, real-time mold temperature is displayed on the screen.

Hot and Cold Water Switching: Automatically controls hot and cold water switching based on mold temperature, and manual operation is also possible.

6. Operation and Control

Electronic Control System: Utilizes a Delta PLC control system. All parameter settings are complete on the screen, with a simple and elegant human-machine interface for easy operation.

Parameter Modification Permission: Parameter modification permission can be set.

Safety Devices:

Safety Light Barrier: Equipped with a safety light barrier to ensure safe operation.

Safety Door: Interlocked with the main cylinder, closes when the main cylinder descends and opens when it returns.
