2. Key Features and Benefits

2.1 The DTF electric steam dewaxing reactor utilizes a double-layer pressurized vessel design. During operation, the outer vessel maintains high temperature and pressure, ensuring the inner surface temperature remains above 150°C. This prevents condensation inside the vessel, accelerates the thermal equilibrium process, and reduces steam consumption. As a result, the mold shell remains intact and free of cracks, and the recovered wax has an extremely low moisture content.

2.2 Components: The system consists of a main storage tank, base, quick-opening door, wax collection tank, heating element, electrical control cabinet, and outer protective layer. A dedicated trolley and mold basket are also provided for efficient and smooth handling of the shells throughout the dewaxing process.

2.3 Operation and Safety: The quick-opening door enhances operational efficiency and safety. A safety interlock ensures that the door can only be opened after the pressure has been fully released via the exhaust valve. Users can flexibly adjust the operating pressure within the rated pressure range of the unit. The unit is equipped with multiple protection features, including a low-water level protection (which cuts off power to the heater to prevent dry-burning) and an overheating alarm (which automatically shuts down the unit). Standard accessories also include a safety valve, air inlet valve, air outlet valve, drain valve, check valve, inline filter, and pressure and temperature gauges.
