2.Description

1. This intelligent Wax Injection Machine features a 10-inch full-color LCD touchscreen and an integrated Delta PLC control system. All process parameters (including temperature, time, and core extraction and insertion) can be centrally configured on the screen. The intuitive and concise human-machine interface ensures simple and efficient operation.

2. Each workstation is equipped with three pneumatic core pullers, each featuring a single-head magnetic induction cylinder design. Customers simply connect the air tubing (outer diameter: 10.0mm) to the corresponding core pull port on the mold. The sequence and signal triggering time for each core pull can be independently set via the touchscreen, providing flexible and convenient operation.
