1.The 10- to 16-ton, dual-station Wax Injection Machine utilizes a horizontal design, offering advantages such as high stability and ease of operation. The machine primarily consists of a machine body, mold clamping mechanism, wax injection unit, control system, and cooling system. The machine body is constructed of high-strength steel and undergoes rigorous welding and machining processes to ensure its strength and rigidity, capable of withstanding the various forces exerted during operation.

2.The mold clamping mechanism utilizes advanced hydraulic drive technology, enabling fast and smooth mold closing and opening. During the mold closing process, precise control of hydraulic system pressure ensures a tight mold closure and prevents wax leakage. The wax injection unit comprises a wax tank, wax pump, and nozzle. After the wax is heated and stirred in the wax tank, it is pressurized by the wax pump and injected through the nozzle into the mold cavity.
