1. Equipped with a secondary wax injection function and a boost and pressure feeding function. The secondary wax injection function allows for a second injection of an appropriate amount of wax into the mold after the first wax injection, based on the wax pattern's molding progress. This ensures that details are fully filled, improving the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the wax pattern. The boost and pressure feeding function replenishes wax into the mold by increasing pressure during the wax pattern's cooling and shrinkage process, compensating for volume changes caused by shrinkage. This effectively reduces defects such as shrinkage cavities and porosity within the wax pattern, further improving its quality.

2. Wax Injection Flow Control: The wax injection flow rate and speed can be adjusted to suit different products. Precisely adjusting the wax injection flow rate can meet the specific requirements of different wax product types. For example, wax patterns with fine surface textures or thin-walled structures require a smaller and more stable wax injection flow rate to ensure that the wax fills the mold slowly and evenly, avoiding damage to details or cracking of thin-walled areas due to excessive flow. For large, thick wax patterns, the injection flow rate can be increased to speed up production.
