1.Configuration instructions

1. Electrical components: Chint , PLC programmer for Taiwan Delta series, close switch series components for Omron, Japan.

2.Hydraulic system: the hydraulic valve is Taiwan oil research; the hydraulic motor is Taiwan Group; the hydraulic pump is Taiwan Gree, the circulating motor pump is Taiwan Weiliang; the drum-cylinder seal is Japan NOK; the oil cylinder is Jinan Yuci Branch.

3.The main engine is made of δ 20 hot plate welding, the inner layer of the wax box is 304 stainless steel plate welding, the wax cooling system is made of three pipes, and the wax pipe is welded by pickling.

3.Description
3.1. The nozzle is adjustable, which can be adjusted with the mould up, down, left, right and back.
3.2. Wax flow pressure and flow are controlled separately. It can realize the secondary supercharging, so as to effectively prevent the wax mold shrinkage, the wax quality is better.
3.3. Hydraulic components and electrical components are imported, stable and reliable performance, high cost performance.
3.4. According to customer requirements, the machine can achieve automatic timely control of temperature, pressure and flow.

3.5. Wax-free cylinder is adopted to shorten the production process of precision casting. There is no need to stand for 24 hours through the wax incubator.
3.6. Three-layer wax tube cooler, heating or cooling by heat medium oil, wax temperature control, reliable performance. The temperature error is controlled within ±0.5ºC and the shrinkage rate is controlled within 0.5%.
