2. Product Description

1. Wax injection pressure adjustment is available in two levels: pressure control and manual adjustment.

2. Nozzle advance and retraction are controlled by a hydraulic system, while nozzle lift and lowering are driven by a motor.

3. The wax storage tank is equipped with a temperature overload protection device, providing dual protection.

4. The wax storage tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level control device, allowing the wax melter to automatically supply wax. When the wax level reaches the upper limit, the wax supply automatically stops. Operation modes include automatic and manual wax replenishment.

5. Temperature Control Zones: Each left and right station features a wax storage tank, a cooling tank, a wax extrusion tank, and a wax injection nozzle, for a total of five temperature zones. The wax storage temperature ranges from 70-90°C to 55-60°C.

6. This intelligent Wax Injection Machine features a 10-inch full-color LCD touchscreen and a Siemens PLC control system. All parameter settings (including temperature, time, core pulling, core insertion, etc.) are directly displayed. The user interface is simple and elegant, and operation is easy.

7. This wax injection machine is a single-station, four-column vertical template machine. Hydraulic mold clamping and thermal oil heating as insulation ensure a stable, safe, and reliable operating system.

8. Operation: Manually activated to prevent accidental hand pinching, with a safety light at the foot. Mold clamping stops upon contact with the guardrail to prevent pinching injuries.

9. The hydraulic system's output flow and pressure are controlled by a Y-type motor and can be manually adjusted.

10. Equipped with an ejector pin, the system can be designed to automatically eject the mold, allowing for quick and easy wax pattern removal.
