4.Key Features and Benefits
4.1 The DTF electric steam dewaxing boiler incorporates a dual-layer pressure vessel structure. It maintains a stable internal temperature above 150°C, effectively preventing shell cracking and ensuring low moisture content in the reclaimed wax.
4.2 Structural Composition:
The boiler system includes a main body, reinforced base, rapid-opening door, integrated wax collection chamber, heating assembly, electrical control cabinet, and protective enclosure. A dedicated brake-equipped trolley is provided for safe and stable transport of mold shells and baskets, facilitating efficient dewaxing operations.
The unit is enhanced with multiple safety and control functions:
A safety interlock prevents the door from opening while the exhaust valve is engaged, substantially improving operational security.
Operators can flexibly adjust pressure within the predefined allowable range to suit process requirements.
Dry-fire protection automatically disables the heater if low water level or over-temperature conditions occur, preventing equipment damage.
An over-temperature alarm activates both audible and visual warnings while cutting off heating power to ensure system safety.
A digital temperature indicator provides real-time monitoring for precise process control.
