The car-bottom type energy-saving Gas Roasting Furnace is designed around the concept of "full-process precision thermal management," eliminating reliance on thermal storage media. Its operating principle is based on three harmonized mechanisms:

High-Efficiency Combustion
An inverter-based proportional burner continuously monitors furnace temperature and dynamically regulates the gas-air mixture through PLC control. When temperatures drop below the set value, the system automatically increases gas flow (with precision up to ±0.1 m³/h) while synchronously adjusting the air damper to maintain optimal combustion ratios—9.5:1 for natural gas and 15:1 for LPG—ensuring full combustion. This raises combustion efficiency from the conventional 70% to over 85%.

Superior Thermal Retention
The furnace body incorporates a multi-layer insulation system using "ceramic fiber modules + low-cement castables." With a thermal conductivity as low as 0.035 W/(m·K) at ambient temperature—60% lower than traditional dense refractory bricks—and an outer layer of 100 mm lightweight insulating brick, the system drastically reduces heat loss. Combined with ceramic fiber rope door seals and a car sand seal, the surface temperature remains within 55–60°C in a 25°C environment, dissipating only one-third the heat of conventional furnaces.

Dynamic Temperature Regulation
Ten K-type thermocouples are installed along the furnace length, sampling temperature every two seconds. A PID-based intelligent control system uses this data to perform real-time zonal adjustments of burner output. For instance, a 5°C excess in the central zone triggers reduced gas supply to that section, while lower end temperatures prompt increased heating—all without manual intervention. The result is a furnace-wide temperature uniformity within ±3°C, markedly enhancing thermal stability.
