1 .Dual-Wall Pressure Vessel Architecture
Constructed with an innovative double-wall pressure vessel, the outer chamber operates under high-pressure steam conditions, sustaining inner wall temperatures above 150 °C. This design prevents internal condensation, shortens thermal stabilization time, decreases steam usage, and reduces mold cracking and residual wax moisture.
2. Heavy-Duty Structural Assembly
The system comprises a reinforced kettle body, structural base, fast-access door, integrated wax tank, heating elements, electrical cabinet, and protective cladding. A dedicated shell-handling cart and compatible baskets are provided to streamline mold charging and extraction, optimizing operational flow.
3.Safety and Ergonomic Operation
A safety-interlocked quick-opening door prevents access during pressurized operation, requiring exhaust valve activation prior to unlocking. This mechanism enhances operator protection while enabling rapid and hassle-free access. The system also supports user-defined pressure settings within safe operational limits.
