Product Description

1.The water level is controlled by a probe sensor. When the upper limit is reached, water supply is stopped; when the lower limit is reached, the equipment's built-in high-pressure pump is activated; when the lower limit is reached, the equipment stops operating. This ensures reliable operation, safe use, and energy conservation.

2.The equipment features built-in mechanical pressure protection, electronic pressure protection, and temperature-controlled indirect pressure protection to ensure the furnace pressure operates within the rated pressure range.

3.The kettle door is a rotary quick-opening structure with mechanical and electronic interlocks to ensure correct operation. It is also interlocked with the furnace body and steam valves on the kettle. The sealing ring is embedded, and air pressure pushes it out to seal after air intake. The door hinges and bearing seats are made of high-strength steel. After the door is fully opened, it has a limit stop to prevent the flange from breaking and falling.
