3.1 Dual-Wall Pressurized Vessel Design
The DTF dewaxing system utilizes an innovative dual-compartment pressure vessel configuration. Throughout the operational cycle, the external enclosure sustains elevated thermal and pressure conditions, guaranteeing that interior wall temperatures are maintained steadily beyond 150°C. This structural approach effectively inhibits moisture formation within the chamber, facilitates immediate heat distribution, lowers vapor requirements during processing, diminishes the risk of mold fractures, and results in recovered wax with minimal residual humidity.
