The kettle body adopts a double-tank design, with the inner tank constructed from high-strength 345R material and the outer tank constructed from Q235B material. Kettle Door

The kettle door utilizes a gear ring structure and is equipped with both mechanical and electronic interlocks, providing dual safeguards for safe and trouble-free operation. The sealing ring is embedded in the design, with air pressure pushing out the seal upon intake, ensuring a reliable seal. The door hinges and bearing seats are constructed from high-strength materials and have a limit stop after full opening, effectively preventing damage and the door from falling, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.
