Probe Sensor Control: High-precision probe sensors monitor the water level in real time, ensuring accurate water level control.

Delayed Water Replenishment: When the shell mold is inserted to initiate the dewaxing process, the system controls the water pump to delay water replenishment. The water pump only begins replenishing water after the steam filling period has expired, ensuring that water replenishment does not affect the dewaxing pressure.

Automatic Alarm: When the water level falls below the lower limit or rises above the upper limit, the system automatically shuts off the heater power and issues an audible and visual alarm, alerting the operator to take prompt action.

The kettle utilizes a double-tank design, with an inner tank made of 345R and an outer tank made of Q235B. This structure not only enhances the equipment's strength and thermal insulation performance, but also improves thermal efficiency. The kettle door utilizes a gear ring structure and is equipped with both mechanical and electronic interlocks to ensure safe operation. The sealing ring adopts an embedded design, and the seal is pushed out by air pressure after air intake. The furnace door hinge and bearing seat are made of high-strength material. After opening to the maximum limit, there is a limit to prevent damage and the furnace door falling.
