Product Description

1. The equipment features alarms for water shortage, overtemperature, and process time. Boiler heating is controlled by both temperature and pressure. In the event of abnormal temperature or pressure, the system automatically shuts off the heater power and issues an audible and visual alarm. A safety valve is also included to ensure safety during operation.

2. The equipment comes with a complete pressure vessel qualification certificate and quality assurance certificate, complying with national pressure vessel inspection standards.

3. The equipment is equipped with external communication capabilities and a water refill protection function. When the shell mold is inserted to initiate the dewaxing process, the system controls the water pump to delay water refill until the steam filling time is complete, ensuring that the dewaxing pressure is not affected by water refill. If the water level falls below the lower limit or rises above the upper limit, the system automatically shuts off the heater power and issues an audible and visual alarm.
