Investment Casting Fluidized Sand Machine, Boosting Quality & Reducing Consumption for Shell-Making Process
A new-type fluidized sand machine specially developed for the investment casting process has been launched. As the core supporting equipment for the shell-making procedure, it can be matched with slurry dipping machines to complete sand coating for wax patterns, including face coat and backup coat sanding operations. Adopting a vertical cylindrical structure, this fluidized sand machine is equipped with a centrifugal fan to form a uniform fluidized sand bed. Sand materials are stably suspended inside the chamber. When the wax pattern cluster is placed at the chamber opening, uniform sand coating can be achieved. It effectively solves common problems of manual sand spreading, such as uneven sand thickness, local missing sand and sand accumulation. It reduces defects including shell cracking and casting sand holes, and improves the finished product yield. A quick-release buckle structure is arranged at the bottom of the equipment for convenient sand cleaning and replacement, enabling fast switching of sand with different particle sizes to suit flexible production of diversified castings.
Built-in dust collection air duct design realizes centralized dust collection during operation, greatly lowering dust emission at the shell-making station and solving the problem of excessive workshop dust, which meets environmental protection and work safety requirements. The separate electric control box integrates start-stop control for simple operation and easy learning. The whole machine runs smoothly with low vibration and controllable energy consumption, suitable for continuous mass production in investment casting workshops.
