Vertical-Horizontal
Wax Injection Machine Newly Launched, Boosting Quality and Efficiency of Wax Pattern Forming for Investment Casting
The vertical-horizontal wax injection machine developed for the investment precision casting industry is officially launched. Integrating the advantages of vertical and horizontal wax injection structures, it serves as core special equipment for the wax pattern forming process. It is widely compatible with silica sol and sodium silicate process production lines, and meets the mass forming requirements of wax patterns for various complex precision castings.
Adopting an integrated composite frame design, this vertical-horizontal wax injection machine features stable vertical mold clamping and horizontal side wax injection. It is suitable for manufacturing special-shaped wax patterns with complex structures and side core-pulling requirements. Equipped with an independent intelligent temperature control system, the machine precisely regulates wax temperature to maintain uniform and stable wax fluidity. It effectively prevents defects such as cold shut, short shot, deformation and sink marks on wax patterns, and ensures consistent dimensional accuracy, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent shell-making process.
The machine is fitted with a touch HMI for intuitive and convenient parameter setup. Wax injection pressure, dwell time and cooling duration can be digitally adjusted. Process parameters can be saved and recalled, enabling fast model changeover and commissioning, which suits mixed production of multiple varieties in small batches.
It is equipped with safety guard doors, emergency stop buttons and safety interlock devices. The machine stops operation once the door is opened to avoid misoperation risks and protect operators. Adopting a hydraulic drive system, it runs smoothly with stable pressure output, low noise and long service life. The compact layout fits well in investment casting workshops. Replacing traditional single vertical or horizontal wax injectors, one machine can produce a wide range of wax patterns, cutting equipment investment costs and improving space utilization.
Wax pattern forming is the first core procedure in investment casting, and the precision of wax patterns directly determines the quality of finished castings. Conventional single-structure wax injection machines have limitations when processing wax patterns requiring complex core pulling, with high replacement costs and complicated commissioning. This new vertical-horizontal wax injection machine breaks the constraints of single-type equipment and balances versatility and specialization. It helps precision casting enterprises improve wax pattern accuracy and production flexibility, providing reliable forming equipment support for precision castings used in aerospace, auto parts, hardware and engineering machinery industries.
