      Recently, our newly developed and upgraded horizontal single-station side-pressure cylinder Wax Injection Machine officially rolled off the production line and was delivered. This equipment is specifically optimized for solving the challenges of forming irregularly shaped wax molds and complex deep-cavity castings. With its horizontal mold-closing structure, precise side injection, and integrated intelligent control system, it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional vertical wax injection machines in the production of irregularly shaped workpieces, bringing a brand-new forming solution to the precision casting industry.

 

Horizontal Side-Pressure Structure Overcomes Complex Wax Mold Forming Challenges

 Unlike traditional vertical downward-pressing structures, this machine adopts a classic horizontal split mold layout, equipped with an independent side-pressure wax injection cylinder. The injection direction is parallel to the mold parting surface, perfectly adapting to the filling of complex wax parts with deep holes, narrow shapes, and side grooves. Four high-strength optical shaft guide structures ensure smooth and stable mold opening and closing movements, with mold closing pressure evenly distributed on both sides of the mold, effectively preventing mold bulging, wax leakage, and flash overflow during high-pressure injection, significantly reducing material waste.

 The machine body features a unibody, thickened sheet metal base, ensuring a stable and shock-resistant structure that resists deformation during long-term continuous operation. The tabletop has pre-installed standard T-slots for quick replacement of various non-standard customized molds. The compact footprint allows for independent standalone production or easy integration into automated production lines, adapting to the upgrade needs of small and medium-sized foundry workshops. A pressure gauge displays the injection oil pressure in real time, providing a visual representation of the pressure values ​​for easy adjustment of molding parameters by process engineers.

 

The intelligent integrated electrical control system ensures precise and controllable process control.

 The right side of the machine features an integrated touch-screen PLC control cabinet equipped with a high-definition touchscreen and dual-channel temperature controllers. It allows independent setting of all process parameters, including injection pressure, injection flow rate, holding time, wax temperature, and mold opening/closing speed. Multiple formulas can be stored and retrieved with a single click, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments when changing production models and significantly reducing changeover time.

 The segmented constant temperature heating system precisely controls the melting temperature of the mold material, ensuring stable wax flow and preventing defects such as air bubbles, shrinkage cavities, and cold shuts within the wax mold, thus guaranteeing dimensional consistency in batch production. The machine features a multi-layered safety protection design, including an emergency stop button, safety warning barriers, and safe start logic, mitigating safety risks such as hand pinching and hydraulic leakage from a hardware perspective, and complying with industrial safety production standards.

 

Adaptable to multiple application scenarios, promoting the refined upgrading of the casting industry.

 This horizontal side-cylinder wax injection machine, with its unique side-injection advantage, excels in the production of narrow pipes, turbine blades, slender shafts, irregularly shaped valve bodies, irregularly shaped hardware components, small precision military parts, and artistic cast ornaments. It is widely used in stainless steel investment casting, automotive parts, hydraulic components, medical devices, plumbing valves, and many other industries.

 The equipment has reserved automation expansion interfaces, allowing for the subsequent addition of automatic wax feeding, automatic release agent spraying, and robotic arm parts handling modules, easily upgrading to a semi-automatic unattended workstation.
