A few days ago, I wrote an article about my thoughts on the development of the foundry industry. Many colleagues called me and added me on WeChat to share their thoughts and feelings. The article was just a series of general opinions without much practical significance, but it resonated with my colleagues. 1、 About learning:Therefore, as a foundry person, you need to learn more, walk more, see more, and communicate more, so that you can see opportunities, seize opportunities, or be seized by opportunities, improve yourself or your company, and will not be eliminated.
2、New materials:Research on new materials is a path that most foundry companies can take. Although most foundry products are still at the stage of processing according to drawings, some fields and companies have already achieved independent material design.
3、New technology: For some foundry companies, I think they should calm down and examine whether the current production technology is most suitable for their products.
4、Talent management: The benefits a good professional manager brings to you are far greater than the compensation you give him, so don't be stingy with talent. Management is universal. If you can't find one in your industry, you can look for one in other industries.
5、Regarding Casting Equipment: Many new automation technologies and industrial Internet technologies can be applied to casting equipment. It is not recommended to go big and comprehensive, but it is recommended to go precise and deep, so that it can become strong. 6、Like digitalization, lean management is a top-level project! The level of support from the top leader determines the ultimate outcome of the project.
