Shandong EonoAutomation has launched a new generation of stainless steel wax dewatering tanks, specifically developed for the recycling of wax in the investment casting industry. It efficiently separates water and impurities from the wax, ensuring the quality of wax mold forming from the source.
The entire machine uses a 304 stainless steel tank, which is corrosion-resistant and does not contaminate the wax. A double-layer insulation structure combined with an intelligent temperature control system can stably maintain a constant temperature for the wax. An internal low-speed stirring device ensures uniform heating of the mixed wax. Automatic stratification is achieved based on the density difference between oil and water. After settling, clear water is discharged from the bottom, while the purified wax remains in the tank. The high dewatering efficiency eliminates the need for repeated manual processing.
The equipment is equipped with an independent electrical control box, allowing for one-button control of temperature and stirring start/stop. Operation is simple; workers only need to pour in the recycled wax, and the entire process of heating, stirring, settling, and water separation is automatically completed, significantly reducing manual labor. The bottom drain valve is conveniently designed to thoroughly clean sediment and prevent long-term accumulation of impurities.
In actual production, the water content of the wax purified by the dewatering tank is significantly reduced, effectively solving defects such as porosity, bulging, and cracking that occur during wax injection molding. This significantly improves the yield rate of finished wax molds and extends the mold's lifespan. The equipment volume can be customized to meet specific needs, ranging from small-batch laboratory models to large-capacity industrial models, suitable for both small and medium-sized precision casting workshops and entire used wax recycling production lines.
Excessive moisture content has always been a core challenge hindering the recycling of used wax in precision casting companies. This dewatering tank, with its stable and reliable dewatering effect, significantly improves the waste wax recycling rate, reduces the cost of purchasing new wax, and achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
