The new generation four-column dual-station wax injection machine has successfully completed its research and development and trial production, and is now officially being mass-produced for the lost-wax casting industry, providing stable and efficient core equipment for silica sol precision casting production lines.
This four-column wax injection machine adopts a four-column rigid frame structure, ensuring high machine strength and uniform and stable clamping force, effectively eliminating common problems such as mold misalignment and burrs on wax parts. The equipment is equipped with two independent workstations, allowing for simultaneous wax injection and mold preparation, with no interference between processes, nearly doubling production efficiency compared to single-unit models.
The entire machine is equipped with an intelligent PLC touch control system, allowing for precise digital adjustment of wax injection pressure, holding time, and injection speed. It can stably produce precision wax molds with thin walls and complex structures, ensuring dimensional consistency of each wax mold and significantly reducing dimensional deviations in subsequent castings. The overall design of the hopper facilitates the removal of residual wax, and the piping is insulated and temperature-controlled to prevent wax solidification and blockage, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.
In investment casting workshops producing valve bodies, pipe fittings, hardware and machinery parts, and stainless steel precision castings, this equipment is perfectly suited for batch wax pattern production. Its compact and rational layout saves factory space, and the pneumatic booster drive ensures smooth operation and a low failure rate, effectively reducing manual rework and helping casting companies reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve casting yield.
As the precision casting industry continues to demand higher precision and capacity from wax patterns, the four-column wax injection machine will become standard equipment in automated shell-making production lines. In the future, we will continue to optimize the model, launching horizontal, C-type, and vertical wax injection equipment to cover all scenarios of wax pattern forming for large, medium, and small parts, continuously empowering the intelligent upgrading of the domestic precision casting industry.
