A brand-new enclosed single-station vibrating shell machine has been launched, laying a solid foundation for the upgrading of precision casting shell removal processes.
Our independently developed enclosed single-station vibrating shell machine has completed performance testing and is officially launched to the investment casting industry. This equipment is optimized for post-casting shell removal and sand removal processes. With its fully enclosed noise-reducing structure, stable excitation system, and safety protection design, it effectively solves industry pain points such as dust pollution, excessive noise, and workpiece damage caused by collisions in traditional vibrating shell equipment, thus perfecting the intelligent equipment layout of the entire casting process.
The machine adopts an integrated thickened frame and is equipped with a high-strength hydraulic excitation mechanism. The vibration frequency and amplitude can be precisely adjusted, efficiently shaking off the outer shell of castings. It is suitable for shell removal operations of castings made of different materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel. The equipment is equipped with an automatic sliding sealing protective door, ensuring fully enclosed operation throughout the process. An integrated dust removal interface on the top allows direct connection to industrial dust removal equipment, suppressing dust diffusion at the source and thoroughly improving the workshop working environment, meeting the requirements of green and environmentally friendly production. The internal cavity is equipped with a buffer protective pad, significantly reducing the probability of scratches and impacts on castings and improving the finished product integrity rate.
The equipment features an independent electronic control panel with one-button start/stop and adjustable delayed vibration functions, making it simple and easy to operate. The overall structure is compact and stable, with vibration-damping feet at the bottom, minimizing machine sway during operation and extending its service life. A yellow safety railing with a viewing window allows workers to monitor the internal working conditions in real time while avoiding accidental activation, meeting safety production standards.
This single-station vibrating screen machine is suitable for batch shell cleaning processing in small and medium-sized foundries. It can be used independently or integrated with baking and cooling processes to form a production line. The implementation of this equipment fills the gap in post-processing equipment for investment casting, helping manufacturing enterprises achieve environmentally friendly and standardized production, and promoting the green transformation of the traditional casting industry.
